Integration of Technologies for Decarbonizing the Industry

Our interdisciplinary team works with our partners to identify potential for flexibility and supports the integration of technologies such as heat recovery, the use of heat pumps and heat storage systems, and the use of hydrogen or sustainable fuels. We support the case-specific implementation of decarbonization strategies throughout the entire process – from the evaluation of different solutions to the commissioning of components and subsequent monitoring.

By evaluating and selecting tailor-made, sustainable, and economically viable solutions, we make a significant contribution to reducing emissions and ensuring the economic stability of processes. Continuous monitoring and analysis of process parameters such as energy consumption, temperatures, utilization rates, and emission values enable us to consistently optimize the progress of technology integration and the efficiency of operational management. Even after the commissioning of new or modernized plants, we continue to provide support with our expertise, for example through ongoing performance monitoring and fine-tuning of process control, to ensure a comprehensive assessment of the measures taken and to guarantee their long-term sustainability.
