Digitalization of Planning, Construction and Installation Processes

The decarbonization of existing buildings and the shortage of skilled workers pose major challenges for many trades.

We analyze existing processes in the manual installation and maintenance of new building parts and components in existing buildings. Building on this, we develop digital tools for tradespeople to relieve their workload so that they can focus on their core business.

We are also working on the further development of job profiles in the skilled trades. The current focus is on the sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHAC) trade, with growing interfaces to other trades that are becoming increasingly important due to sector coupling.
