PV Manufacturing Workshop: Industrial Solar Cell and Module Production in Türkiye

The Republic of Türkiye ranks first in Europe and fourth in the world in terms of PV module production capacity. To establish solar cell production as well the government has recently allocated a support budget of 2.5 billion dollars as part of its High-Tech Investment Program HIT-30.

Together with ODTÜ-GÜNAM we organize a one-day workshop that brings together scientific, economic and public representatives to discuss PV manufacturing in Türkiye.

The program includes:

  • Insights on developing and emerging cell technologies
  • The GW-scale PV investment perspective in Türkiye
  • Overview on PV module technologies: Today and the future
