The interconnection of single battery cells is decisive for the performance of battery storage systems. Fraunhofer ISE develops and analyzes suitable technologies and processes to improve the electrical contacts of battery cells. We aim for a homogeneous current distribution, uniform ageing, simple processes and long service life.
