Conference and Exhibition

The EU PVSEC is the world's leading forum for research and development in the field of photovoltaics (PV) and the largest international conference dedicated to solar PV energy. It covers a wide range of topics, from materials and system components to wafer technologies, building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), agri-PV, floating PV and much more.  

Accompanying the conference, the state-of-the-art PV exhibition presents the latest technologies, innovations and concepts from the upstream PV sector. Every year, experts from all over the world come together to present and discuss the latest developments in photovoltaics, network and explore business opportunities.  

As a global platform connecting science and industry, EU PVSEC is fully dedicated to the global PV industry and its sustainable development. In 2026, EU PVSEC will take place from 14 to 18 September at the WTC Rotterdam, Netherlands.  

The conference programme is coordinated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC).
